Michael's journey is rooted in an entrepreneurial family (Capone's pizza anyone?), instilling values of hard work and meaningful connections. His wife, Karla, who owns Kscholastic, Inc., a local tutoring company, embodies this entrepreneurial spirit, influencing Michael's path toward establishing his law firm.
Immediately post-law school, Michael pursued experience, connections, and resources essential to thrive as a legal entrepreneur. Michael is a licensed attorney in Texas and Louisiana. His career began with representing Gulf Coast companies impacted by the 2010 BP Oil Spill, taking cases all the way to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Shortly thereafter he transitioned to helping those affected by hurricanes and storms along the Coast.
Throughout his career, Michael has passionately advocated for clients, offering meticulous preparation, skillful negotiation, and tenacious representation when needed. Beyond his legal prowess, Michael is a dedicated husband and father, an ardent sports fan, and a committed community member.
